Joining the collector email list provides a personal code for $20 off your first Mizuna Art order. The code applies once to the whole order, on any artwork, including unframed editions and original paintings, with no minimum spend. One code per customer, one use only, first orders only. It cannot be combined with another discount code or exchanged for cash. Enter the code at checkout; the reduced total is shown before payment. Unsubscribing from marketing does not invalidate an unused code.

2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes. Artwork, photographs, designs, branding and written content may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
3. Products and prices
We take care to describe and show artwork accurately. Colors can appear differently on different screens. Product pages show the artwork, available formats, dimensions, what is included and the price. Prices are in US dollars and include shipping to the United States, import duties and customs fees. No sales tax is added at checkout. The total amount payable is shown before you submit an order.
Where a page shows a "usual value", it is what the same editions cost when bought separately at their regular prices on this website.
4. Ordering and payment
Before you pay, you can review the product, selected format, quantity, shipping details and total price in checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, and the payment methods available are shown there. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation by email, which records the order and the terms that apply to it. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, or a price was shown in obvious error, we will contact you and refund everything you paid for it.
5. Delivery and risk
Shipping to the US is free, with no customs fees to pay, and usually takes under a week. See the shipping page for details. We ship within the time shown at checkout or, if no time is shown, within 30 days of your order. If we cannot do that, we will tell you before that time, give you a revised shipping date and let you choose to cancel for a full refund. Responsibility for the artwork passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, receives it. If an artwork arrives damaged, our free replacement promise applies.
6. Cancellation, returns and exchanges
Our returns policy lets you cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund of the price once the artwork is back with us. The returns and exchanges page explains how to cancel, return goods and receive a refund. Our 30-day gift exchange is an additional offer.
7. Intellectual property
All artwork, images, designs, branding, photographs and written content on this website belong to Mizuna Art or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, sell, license or distribute them without written permission.
8. Complaints and liability
If you have a complaint, contact us by email, telephone or post using the details above. Tell us what happened, include your order number if you have one, and explain how you would like us to help. We will review your complaint and respond. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any warranty, right or remedy that the law of your state does not allow us to limit or exclude.
9. Privacy
Our use of personal information is explained in the privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the United States, you also keep the protections given to you by the law of the state where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use of the website or future orders. The terms that apply to an order are the terms provided when that order is placed and confirmed. We will not use a later update to change an existing order without your agreement.
